This original truck came in with a leaking Differential, worn king pins, and a rusted out floor pan. We patched up the floor and gave it a protective coat of paint, rebuilt the front suspension and sealed up the rear diff. On top of that Driven completed a full service on fluids and spark plugs, as well as replacing the choke cable for the period correct knob .

History

The 1946 Chevrolet Truck was actually the same design as the 1942 models due to war shortages and was the first year they brought back chrome trim. No synchro gearbox and a very short gearbox makes for this an exciting and tricky ride.
